Why only 40.
Solo operator capacity is finite. One person plus AI agents can run weekly accountability cadences for 20–25 practices comfortably. 40 is the upper bound before service quality drops or a second operator is needed — and the founder pricing economics break.
Founder rates are real, not marketing. 25% off list across three tiers, locked for 36 months, plus another £200/month off for the first 10 AI Practice Manager customers — these numbers compound. We can't sustain them across hundreds of customers. So we don't try.
After 31 December 2026 the cohort closes. Permanently. No exceptions, no extensions. New customers from 1 January 2027 pay list price and get the standard onboarding sequence. The Founding 40 doesn't reopen.

Renewal locked for 24 additional months
After your first 12 months, you renew at the same founder rate for two more years. 36 months of stable pricing while we raise list prices each year for everyone else.
If we raise list price 20% in Year 2 (likely), you stay on £656/month for AI Practice Manager. Compounding savings: ~£1,300 over 24 months on a single site, more on multi-site.
Priority Sprint slot
When the public Sprint queue starts (1 Sept 2026), Founding 40 members are scheduled before public applicants. First-in for the operator's calendar.
Solo operator. 4–5 Sprints / month max. Founder priority is real, not marketing.
Quarterly Founders' Council
90-minute private call, four times a year. You shape what NorthchAIr builds next — from new tier deliverables to reporting changes to AI agent capabilities.
Council members historically influence ~40% of new product features in B2B SaaS. This is your seat at that table while the cohort is small enough for it to matter.
Charter member status — public (opt-in)
Named publicly on this page (with your practice and a one-line story) when we go public 1 Sept 2026. Optional. Many founders take it for the SEO and the cohort association.

Founders' quarterly dinner — London
Annual private dinner in London. UK members in person; remote-equivalent for overseas members. The cohort meets the cohort.
Curated 12–15 people per dinner. Conversations average dental owners share with no one else. Quietly the most valuable benefit.
First 10 AI Practice Manager customers — additional £200/month off
On top of the 25% discount. First 10 marquee-tier customers get an additional £200/month off for 12 months — a £2,400 first-year saving stacked on the founder rate.

The first 10 customers on the AI Practice Manager tier — the marquee — get an additional £200/month off on top of the 25% founder discount, for the first 12 months.
When 10 are taken, the bonus closes. The founder discount stays for everyone else in the cohort.

After 36 months of stability, members renew at then-current list price (or migrate, or cancel — their choice).
