Who we are

NorthchAIr Ltd (in formation) — a UK private limited company founded by Shamanth, the sole operator. Once incorporated (target Mon 1 Jun 2026), Companies House and ICO registration numbers will be published in the footer of this page.

Using this website

You may use this website to read about NorthchAIr, apply for the Founding 40 cohort, and contact us. By using the site you agree to:

• Provide truthful information on the application form.
• Not attempt to scrape, copy, or reverse-engineer the site, its copy, or its underlying frameworks for commercial use.
• Not impersonate another practice, person, or organisation.
• Not use the site to send spam, malware, or any other content that breaks UK law.

The Founding 40 application

The Founding 40 application form is an invitation to treat under English contract law — not a contractual offer. Submitting an application does not create a contract or obligation on either side. Approval is at NorthchAIr's sole discretion.

If your application is approved, the contractual relationship begins when you sign either the Sprint Engagement Agreement (for the 7-Day Sprint) or the Master Service Agreement (for tier subscriptions). Until either is signed, no commercial commitment exists.

Founder pricing, founder benefits, and the “36-month locked rate” are honoured for applicants who sign within the cohort window (1 Aug 2026 → 31 Dec 2026) under the terms of the MSA. Pricing on the website is indicative until codified in your signed agreement.

Intellectual property

The NorthchAIr name, the wordmark, the “AI Practice Manager” positioning, the visual identity (typography, palette, motion language), the website design, all copy on this site, the 8-pillar framework, and any artefacts referenced (Practice Intelligence Report template, Notion workspace structure, agent prompts, dashboard designs) are owned by NorthchAIr Ltd and protected by UK copyright and trade-mark law (registrations pending).

You may share links to this site freely. You may not reproduce substantial parts of the copy, design, or framework for commercial purposes without written permission.

No warranty for site content

The website is provided “as is”. The numbers on this site (cost comparisons, KPI defaults, conversion statistics) are based on operational experience across 244 UK dental practices and are illustrative — they are not promises about your specific practice's outcomes.

Specific outcomes, KPI targets, and the money-back guarantee terms are set out in your signed engagement and MSA — not on this website.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, NorthchAIr Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of this website — including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited under UK law.

We may link to third-party sites (LinkedIn, Limelight Digital, Cloudflare, Notion, Stripe, etc.). NorthchAIr is not responsible for the content, terms, or privacy practices of those sites.

Changes

We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be flagged at the top of this page for 30 days. By continuing to use the site after a change, you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
